SENIOR PROGRAM ASSOCIATE IN EARLY CHILDHOOD

Whitney holds a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling and spent several years as a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CHMC) providing child and family therapy. She now brings that expertise into the nonprofit world, serving as a Senior Program Associate in early childhood for the Call Foundation. Whitney chairs the boards of both the Call Foundation and the Call to Action Foundation, which focus on early childhood education and mental health, food insecurity, and affordable housing. She also serves on two additional boards dedicated to early childhood mental health and education.

A passionate advocate for women’s empowerment and equity, Whitney is an active angel investor and philanthropist. She invests through a gender and equity lens to support diverse founders and drive meaningful change. She is especially engaged in women-led donor networks and the broader philanthropic ecosystem.

Based in Salt Lake City, Utah, Whitney lives with her husband and their three daughters (ages 12, 9, and 6). Her home is also filled with animals, especially dogs, as she raises puppies for Guide Dogs for the Blind and fosters litters of rescue puppies. She enjoys travel, outdoor adventures, culinary discovery, and a wide range of creative projects.

We strengthen children and families through investments in early childhood, affordable housing, scholarships and food security.
