Director of Real Estate Development
Josh leads our mixed-income housing development efforts in the Intermountain West and works closely with our development partners and local government officials. Previous roles at FJ Management include mixed-use development, monitoring our private equity investments in healthcare, creating a senior living bridge lending program, medical real estate development, and launching a social support program for our 8000+ store employees at Maverik. Prior to joining FJ Management, he worked for Intermountain Donor Services as a Clinical Tissue Recovery Coordinator.
Josh holds an MBA as well as a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah in addition to a BS in Psychology.
