Asset Manager

Alex joined the Call to Action Foundation in 2025 after working in Asset Management and Real Estate Development for Kum & Go and eventually Maverik for over 8 years. In his time at Kum & Go/Maverik he worked to develop dozens of Convenience Stores across the Midwest. After graduating from Iowa State University in 2009 Alex worked in student housing management and development, overseeing the asset management of several properties across the United States. He also has experience in historical redevelopment projects and commercial property management. Alex previously served on the YMCA Supportive Housing Campus Board and holds a CCIM designation earned in 2019.
