Lexi Maggelet

Lexi Maggelet is a strategy professional and nonprofit board member with experience across consulting, philanthropy, and creative enterprise. She holds an MBA from the University of Oxford and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California.

Lexi began her career in management consulting, advising mission-driven and complex organizations on strategy, organizational change, and long-term planning across sectors including social impact, healthcare, education, and government. She brings a thoughtful, analytical approach to governance, with a strong focus on accountability and measurable impact.

In addition to her professional work, Lexi is a third-generation shareholder and board observer of her family’s holding company, FJM, and has served on multiple philanthropic boards. She is also involved in live performance and theatre as a producer and investor, an experience that reinforces her belief in the importance of storytelling, creativity, and human connection in driving social change. Through her work with the Call to Action Foundation, Lexi is committed to supporting initiatives that empower individuals and strengthen communities.
